Life-gard Health Maintenance ProgramCanineFeline We have offered our clients Puppy and Kitten Plans for many years, recognizing the great importance of preventative care in the early stages of a pet's life. As a pet's role in the American Family has changed over the past two decades from being "just a pet" to " a member of the family", veterinary medicine now readily recognizes the importance of preventative care as an ongoing need in every pet's life. In response to this need, we created and offer you our Life-gard Health Maintenance Program for your pet, which will include the puppy and kitten plans , but which will go much further toward monitoring your pet's development and general health. The Life-gard Health Maintenance Program is a comprehensive health maintenance and owner education program to give your pet the care needed at each stage of growth and development. When you commit to the Life-gard program for your pet, you are choosing a schedule of comprehensive procedures and evaluations which are intended to afford your pet it's greatest chance to grow and develop free of parasites, disease and metabolic problems. In return for your allowing us to carefully guide your choice of veterinary medical care for your pet, you will enjoy the knowledge that you are saving your pet from any number of illnesses or conditions which might otherwise be suffered, and you are saving yourself the costs of the treatments these would require. You are also giving your pets is greatest chance to develop normal, happy, loving behavior patterns which make it a better pet. In this period of economic stress, it is understandable that families may have to decide to put off that care for their pets which they would, in normal times, seek routinely. In good times or bad, moreover, we want to offer you those services which will truly benefit the development and good health of your pet throughout it's lifetime , and will represent a prudent investment of your resources.
